At BLNK Thrift, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy regarding returns and refunds:

• All sales are final for thrifted and pre-owned items. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is significantly different from its description or is defective.
• If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at blnkthrift@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
